Ongoing photography support
If you need regularly up-to-date imagery, for marketing, PR and social content needs – whether across one business or multiple clients – I offer monthly photography retainers.
This gives you flexible, time-saving, ongoing support without needing to organise separate bookings each time and keep a steady flow of fresh visuals on hand.
£500 per month
This includes:
- Up to 5 hours of photography per month (can be split across shoots/clients)
- Editing included (up to 80 images per month)
- 48-hour turnaround (working days)
- Priority booking for your requests
- Use across multiple clients
Additional time can be booked at £125 per hour, if needed.

This is designed to be flexible and supportive of how PR agencies actually work – no rigid shoot structures, just a bank of time you can use across the month as needed.
Whether it’s:
- capturing content for a client campaign
- covering a last-minute opportunity
- building a bank of images for ongoing PR
- or updating brand imagery (for your client or you!)
….you’ve got someone on hand.
Location
Covers shoots within 20 miles of Swindon
(Further distances are absolutely possible, with a small additional fee)
Availability
I’ll always do my best to be as flexible as possible, however as I balance this alongside other client work, specific dates can’t always be guaranteed.
That said, retainer clients are given priority booking, and I recommend giving as much notice as possible – especially for key dates.
A small note
To make sure I can give each client the time and flexibility they need, I’ll be working with no more than 3 agencies on this retainer at any one time.
Before committing
I completely understand that you’ll want to get a feel for how I work before committing to a retainer, so I offer a couple of options:
Option 1: One-off trial shoot
Book a single shoot at my standard rate to get a feel for my style, approach, and turnaround.
If you then decide to move onto a retainer, you’ll receive 25% off your first month as a thank you.
Option 2: First month trial
Start on the retainer with no long-term commitment.
This gives you the flexibility to try it out, and we can review after the first month to make sure it’s working well for you.
